Voordat ik aan mijn startpost begin, even een hele korte Q & A.

Q: Wat is nou eigenlijk Trackmania?
A: Trackmania is een surrealistische race game met een hele hoge "fun" factor. Je kan ook gemakkelijk je eigen banen bouwen met behulp van block en je kan je eigen wagen zelf customizen ( de skin ) en dat alles met ingebouwde editors

Wat is er allemaal nieuw. ik ga hier even quoten, want ik heb geen zin om alles te vertalen.

Produced by the young, talented French studio Nadeo, TrackMania United is the latest version of the most entertaining car racing game available. Released in 2003, the TrackMania series has rapidly become one of the most popular video games for PC thanks to its fast and fun gameplay.

2006 was the year of TrackMania. The game was part of the Video Games World Cup held in Bercy (Paris) where 40 national champions from around the world battled for the coveted title of Best Driver. A massive amount of content is available in TrackMania United, as the game brings together the seven environments offered in Sunrise, Original and Nations. Each TrackMania environment has its own look and feel, terrain, vehicle choices and driving techniques. All the environments benefit from new features, design elements and general improvements. "Stadium," the newest environment, benefits from a total makeover with a lighting system, new design blocks and environmental effects.

Like its predecessors, TrackMania United offers a variety of amazing content creation tools that increase the game's replay value. The well-known track editor allows anyone to make their own tracks from a selection of more than 1,000 construction blocks, and then share these tracks in single- or multiplayer modes. In addition to the track editor, a video editing studio lets players create race and stunt videos that can be shared in a variety of video file formats, which allows for open distribution. Last but not least, the paint workshop lets players customise each vehicle's appearance with decals, paints and other visual enhancements.

More than ever before, TrackMania United is multiplayer gaming heaven as gamers now have the possibility of playing any in any of the existing TrackMania environments. More than 100,000 tracks created by players are already available on the Internet and will keep players racing for a near limitless amount of time.

Above all, TrackMania United is a new way to offer players a game that evolves by using easy-to-use but powerful content creation tools and a resource sharing system never before seen in a video game.

TrackMania United revolutionises the series with its new connected* functionality. When equipped with an Internet connection, players can directly exchange all their creations through the game, its interface and its closed Internet network. Each player can have, much like the famous Myspace™, a true online personal space, accessible by entering an address in the game browser or by referencing Manialinks™ **. In this personal space, the player can trade his tracks, vehicles, skins, videos and any other creations for Coppers™, the game's monetary unit.



Coppers™ are used for exchanges made directly through the game and its network. The players can, for example, earn Coppers™ by unlocking single player medals or by exchanging their creations with one another.

In the single-player Official mode, players will earn Coppers™ by establishing the best race times for any single-player track races. The online-ladder rankings system will allow each player, depending on his level, to appear in the regional, national, team or friends rankings. To help players improve, ghosts*** of top ranked players can be downloaded and raced against… which guarantees plenty of fun and challenge

Heb Trackmmania Nations met veel plezier gespeeld. Hier ga ik dus zeker naar kijken!

Edit: Laat ook maar. Nations was gratis, hier moet je 40 euro voor dokken..

 

Hmm, misschie nkoop ik um ooit wel eens, heb ook veelplezier gehad van Trackmania Nations

 

Nations was een gratis versie ervan. Ook Sunrise gespeelt? Dit is geen derderangs gratis game.

 

Ik ben Trackmania Nations op dit moment aan het downloaden. Ik ben benieuwd wat het is. Eens kijken of deze game bevalt. Maar Nations is dan wel een uitgedunde versie?

 

Het was voor de Electronic Sports World Cup. Het is wel een volledig spel, maar bevat alleen het Stadium environment. Vooral Online is leuk

 

ben het spelnu aant downloade, kijke of het wat is.

 

Ik heb nations toevallig gister gedownload. Erg grappig spel met een hele uitgebreide leveleditor ook. Online heb ik het een keer gespeeld nog maar ik snap er weinig van Een beetje erg chaotisch.

 

Kheb lange tijd Sunrise Extreme gespeeld, geniaal spel

Nations was ook leuk toen het net uit was, Veel op de GoT servers gespeeld.

United ga ik ook weer spelen zodra hij er is.

 

TrackMania herkent m'n videokaart niet :{.

Of het wil niet werken in Vista.

 

Sunrise werkte bij mij wel op vista..

Maar zal wel aan je onboard geval liggen, Als TM ook maar 1 benodigde feature mist zegt ie dat al.

 

Ik denk niet dat mijn laptop dit trekt, wat zijn de systeem eisen?

 

Weet iemand hoe ik de intro van TrackMania nations kan verwijderen? Bij Carbon crashte dit mij ook alleen daar moest ik de MOVIES map renamen. Welke map moet ik hier dan renamen ffs.

EDIT: Je moet dus een XP installatie overkopieëren wil het werken onder Vista :{

 

wat heb je in je laptop zitten? Waarschijnlijk trekt hij het wel hoor. Ik heb ergens op internet gelezen dat hij ook draaide op een P3 800 mhz

 

Trackmania Nations is erg verslavend. Iemand zin om morgen avond eens online te gaan? Dit is niet de goede thread hiervoor, maar toch

 

Idd, Nations is verslaven maar ik vind de Stadium environment niet echt boeiend. Coast is wel te vet .

 

Hoe moet ik een serveropzetten bij Trackmania Nations? Hij zeurt over NAT opstellingen.. wat moet ik doen?

 

heeft iemand miss enig idee ofzoiets ook op de 360 komt, heb dit spel vaak op de pc gedaan maar mijn pc is redelijk bagger, heb alles op het laagst moeten spelen en hij happerde nog
