Trouwens, de release date van PES 2008 wordt 26 oktober. Dat meldt het Winning Eleven blog.

Nee, de verwachting is dat dat komt op de games-convention in Leipzig, half augustus.

Gek he, iedereen kan dan een filmpje maken, en z'n (eerlijke) reactie op het spel geven. Dit is denk een stuk betouwbaarder dan alleen screenshots..

 

Pro Evolution Soccer 7 speelbaar voor publiek in Leipzig (X360, PC)
Nieuws | 17 juli 2007 - Op 23 augustus zullen we de eerste kans gaan krijgen om het nieuwe deel in de Pro Evolution Soccer-serie uit te proberen. De Konami-stand op de Games Convention in Leipzig zal namelijk een speelbare versie van Pro Evolution Soccer 7 gaan krijgen.

Bezoekers van de beurs kunnen in ieder geval PES 7 op de PC en Xbox 360 gaan testen; een eventuele testversie voor de PlayStation 3 zit er waarschijnlijk niet in. De Games Convention in Leipzig opent haar deuren voor het publiek op 23 augustus, terwijl pers een dag eerder al aan de slag kan gaan op de beursvloer. Uiteraard zal InsideGamer ook aanwezig zijn en verslag doen van deze groeiende gamesbeurs in Duitsland.

Echter, ik heb twee andere berichten ook gelezen waar impleciet wordt gezegd dat PS3 daar wel degelijk is. Die kan je vinden op:

Verder vind ik het jammer dat ik op deze site ook weer die ziekelijke PS3-XBOX 360 strijd tegenkom. Ik heb beide consoles en ben dus neutraal.
Had jij echt bovenstaande links ook niet gezien, of kwam het je niet uit omdat daar stond dat het wèl voor de PS3 kwam??

 

Eurogamer is best wel betrouwbaar, maar Gamez zit er echt vaak naast. Maar we zullen zien...

 

nee ik kijk alleen op insidegamer, die heeft altijd gelijk dat is geen geruchte site ..

 

Nou, ik weet zeker dat ze er vorig jaar over de edit-functies voor de PES 6 volledig naast zaten

Verder moet je je gewoon breed orienteren, dan krijg je een volledig beeld

 

Dan kan je beter op Xbox 360 Only of PS3 Only kijken. Plaatst sneller nieuws en geruchten dan de meeste sites, veel meer nieuws dan Gamez.

First details about Konami's product line-up in Leipzig

The football game for a new generation: Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH invites visitors to play PES 2008 for the first time 9:00am on August 23rd will mark a historic date for football fans and games players across Europe, as Konami uses the Games Convention in Leipzig to show the PLAYSTATION®3 version of PES 2008 for the first time.

Visitors to the Konami stand (Hall 4, Booth B11) will be the first people to get a hands-on play of the eagerly-awaited next generation football title, which is just one of dozens of big new titles from the publisher. With more details to follow, Konami has whet appetites with the announcement that key members of its development teams will be on hand to present new titles, including Koji ‘IGA’ Igarashi who will be showing Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles for PSP® (PlayStation®Portable). Similarly, William Oertel, who is overseeing Silent Hill Origins for PSP® will unveil the future of the series.

PES 2008 will be released in Autumn and introduces ‘Teamvision’, a unique system of artificial intelligence that adapts according to an individual’s style of play to create the balanced and strategic play of a high stakes match. Player detail and animation have also been taken to incredible details thanks to the high-definition power afforded by the Next Gen hardware, and visitors to Games Convention 2007 will also be invited to play the game on PC, Xbox 360 and more. “We will witness one of the most exciting system changes ever at this year’s Games Convention,“ commented Martin Schneider, Sales and Marketing Director Germany for Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH. “We can promise visitors and gamers in Leipzig that Konami will play a major role in this year´s gaming year – delivering new games and additions to popular franchises, while producing exciting games for new systems and established formats.” Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH can be found during the GC from august 23rd to 26th in hall 4, booth B11. In a shock move, Konami UK have today announced that Micheal Owen of Newcastle Utd is the UK coverboy for PES 2008. Believe me the W.E.N.B. Team is just as shocked as you. When we received the e-mail from Konami this afternoon we were in awe!

Nieuwe info op 25 Juli

Next months French edition of PSM3 will have some information and possibly new images of PES 2008. Special thanks to Thomas for finding out. The magazine cover states "Enorme: on a joué au PES Next-gen et on vous fait la totale" translated to english meaning "Enormous: we played PES next-gen and we will show you all". Well we all can't wait to see what they have seen and played and possibly any new scoop they may have on the game and the highly anticipated changes to the Master League.

The magazine is set for release on the 25th of July, so stay tuned as we are sure to have some scans and translation of the article thanks to our French associates!
