Profession Specialization Each profession can master a new specialization that grow the profession to something new like a secondary profession. Example: Rangers able to master druid abilities and become a druid. With druid they can use staff weapon and have access to a new heal skill, a new elite skill, new utility skills and new profession mechanics that change the way you play. Example: Necromancer & Greatsword. New specialization for necro that allow them to use the Greatsword weapon. We will tell you about each specialization between now and xpac launch. Heavy armor profession Revenant channel the power of great legends from Guild wars past and use those to help power its abilities.. Each keep has its own distinct theme and holding objectives around keep provide abilities to the world that holds it. i.e. if you control the shrines around earth keep, earth will rise up to defend keep when attacked i.e. if you control the objectives around fire keep, your team can use lava to travel across the map Holding objectives is now a bigger component of victories in WvW sPvP changes Brand new game mode called Stronghold Fight for control of supply, spend supply to hire troops. Hired troops assault stronghold and kill lord to win. Find heroes along the way to help you assault the stronghold. Able to form guild teams – they register on a guild leaderboard and move up/down on the leaderboard to prove who is the best guild in the world. Guild Halls Guild place for you to build and progress. As you build out your guild hall, your guild members can go on great adventures. Guild hall provide a home base and a core hub for social community.
Ik ben minder gehyped voor deze expansion dan ik vooraf zou hebben verwacht. Al zijn guild halls en de nieuwe class wel grappig. Maar het nieuwe gebied is gewoon visueel in de stijl van maguuma. Had liever dat ze iets nieuws hadden gedaan. Ik zou het wel waarderen als ze een extra char slot zouden geven zodat ik de nieuwe class kan uitproberen
Geen Cantha en nog steeds geen GvG, lijkt erop dat ze niet eens meer proberen de oude PvP crowd aan te trekken.
Daar had ik dus ook op gehoopt, had me erg leuk geleken om weer terug in Cantha/Elona te komen. GvG was ook altijd super
Ik speel dit bijna nooit meer. Had bij een expansion gehoopt dat de level cap naar 90 ofzo zou gaan, meer helaas. Sinds ik level 80 ben is de motivatie wel aardig weg.
Komt wel een FPS mode, maar die is optioneel. Misschien een reden om de game weer eens te installeren.
FPS mode? Oh, je bedoelt first person camera. Dat had er al lang in moeten zitten, was met GW1 ook zo
Om rond te kijken natuurlijk In combat heb je er niks aan maar de wereld in FP kijken is altijd wel grappig
Zal net als de GTA fps mode worden. Eerste 5 minuten grappig om te proberen, daarna nooit meer aanzetten.
Hebben jullie nu dezelfde avatar, maar dan van foto's waar 5 seconden tussen zit? Niet dat het er iets toe doet, weet niet eens wie het is
Wat ik over die GTA FP mode heb gelezen werkt die toch wel redelijk/goed? Behalve tijdens het schieten minder, vooral uit auto's.
Als dat het enige is wat je een klein beetje dwars zit, dan laat ik me daardoor niet weerhouden om alles in FP mode te proberen. Ben benieuwd wanneer die komt.
Grappig. Ik had GW2 bij de release gekocht, was zeer hyped (Groot fan geweest van GW1, duizenden uren in gestoken, GWAMM en alles) maar vond er toen maar weinig aan. Nu heb ik het weer opgepakt sinds een weekje of 2 en vind ik het opeens toch erg leuk. Ik level nu simultaan een Mesmer en Warrior (beiden 3. Echter doe ik maar wat met betrekking tot combat. Dat werkt nog wel aardig in PvE leveling maar het lijkt me toch wel leuk om WvW te gaan doen zodra ik 80 ben. Is er een website waar de basics van GW2 combat worden uitgelegd? Zoals bijvoorbeeld guides voor professions, basic PvP guides en die skill combo's (leap finisher, combo fields etc)?
