Howdy folks! It's Alex here, also known as ApexHunterT10, one of those friendly cogs in the Community Team machine that helps bring you fun challenges like this. It's my privilege this week to be your Community Bounty. I'm a hardcore car nut, and so working with the Forza community is great. Well, as long as you don't turn on me like you did with Kenan. Sheesh.
And now, onto the challenge:
Parks and Recreation -- The streets of Carson have been blocked off for this event as you cruise through the streets and into the park. Carefully maneuver your car through narrow walkways usually meant for foot traffic. Upgrades are allowed.
Now, if there's one thing I like more than blasting through a city park in a digital sportscar, it's some creative trash talk. But let's keep things friendly and competitive, ok?
You'll have from this Sunday to next Sunday to beat my time. (Good luck!) I'll post my first time early next week, probably Monday, so you'll have the weekend to practice. (You'll need it.) And the lucky few who can beat my time will be getting a unicorn – you can vote for which one in the poll below. As an added wrinkle, I have a 1977 Pontiac Trans Am in eye-searing gold that I’ll be running my first time in. I reserve the right to change what car I’m using, but that first time I’ll be rolling golden Bandit style.
AND REMEMBER! I'll have all week to make my time better. So don't sit back and expect to win by beating my first time!
Now for the side challenge, I've got a question for you. I've only been lucky enough to participate in one of our Game With Dev events (the last time before that I was in Colorado). My lobbies were full and everyone had fun, but what we heard was that it was hard for some of you to find a lobby. So my question to you is -- how could we run GWDs better? Winner gets a unicorn of their choice.
