and scroll all the way down until you see ''Forum Taal'', the standart is ''Nederlands'', but there you could switch it over to english.

And yes, Handtekening does sound like crap, mostly everything of the forum looks/sounds kinda retarded when translated into Dutch, looks like they used some cheesy translator on the internet
