"Veni Vidi Vici (Team VVV)
www.teamvvv.com has been formed in response to the needs of the online console communities, to provide a place for open discussion and sharing of views information, to expand awareness of the growing range of teams available and finally to give a different public perception of the modern gaming team.
Launched in May 2006 VVV intends to become the worlds leading online console gaming team, not only in the calibre of its players but in the quality of its management. The Veni Vidi Vici website is aimed initially at the racing community with plans for growth to other genres. It aims to appeal to gamers of all skill levels and develop those that wish to improve their skill for the professional gaming arena.
MD of VVV Alan Boiston concludes “Veni Vidi Vici represents the first credible video gaming team for the new generation of online gamers and established competitions” he adds, “while many teams have existed in the past, none have been commercially viable entities or have incorporated the ground level knowledge to truly develop a long term marketing plan for this potentially huge and lucrative market”.
If you’d like to race with VVV but feel you may not be up to the mark, would like to improve your skills or just race with a few like minded racing fans, then pop onto the forum and feel free to become a part of the Veni Vidi Vici Regional teams where a wide ranging community is building of gamers from all over the world welcoming gaming fans of all genres and skill levels to take part.
Finally keep and eye on the site in 2007 where we’ll be developing site content and creating exclusive weekly competitions and tournaments for the console gaming community kicking off with racing but expect more for other genres and the opening of the VVV online store stocking a wide range of team and gamer related merchandise."
