Nee, ik ook niet. Al lijkt het iets wat ik eigenlijk wel hoor te weten.

Jammer dat er verder niks nieuws is over de volgende 6 hoofdstukken.

The next Pottermore House Cup is set for November… ​ We’re excited to announce that the next Pottermore House Cup will be awarded in November. The exact date will be confirmed nearer the time, and in the run up to the award, it’s time to unite and earn honest points for your houses in this spirited competition. Declare your house pride – whether you’re in Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw, it’s your chance to share your rallying messages. Last time, Slytherin won the inaugural Pottermore House Cup and as champions, received early access to the first chapters of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. This time the winner’s reward will be something different, and we’ll reveal more details at a later date. Until then, we want to know what you think it might be? You can let us know your ideas on our Facebook and Twitter pages. We’ll be updating you on all future news about the Pottermore House Cup, here on the Insider.

An Invitation to the Deathday Party... ​ Many of our Pottermore fans have been keen to see the next chapters of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, so this week we’re taking a sneak peek at one of the upcoming Moments - the Deathday Party. In Chapter Eight, Harry, Ron and Hermione are invited to Nearly Headless Nick’s Deathday Party, as the Gryffindor ghost celebrates his five hundredth deathday. Various ghosts gather at Hogwarts to attend the party, including Hogwarts residents the Fat Friar and the Bloody Baron, as well as ghosts from further afield, like the Wailing Widow from Kent. In this atmospheric Moment, you’ll be able to explore the Deathday Party and see some of the ghostly, spectral sights. Through the curtains, new objects and characters are waiting to be found; look out for a glimpse of Moaning Myrtle and listen to the quavering sound of the musical saws. You will also be able to unlock brand new, exclusive content from J.K. Rowling about Peeves the mischievous poltergeist in this Moment. ​

Ik geloof dat Pottermore wel tot alles online staat.

 

Dat zou ik ook graag willen zeggen, want ook ik zou het leuker vinden als ik alles achter elkaar kon doen. Zoals ik voor de beta ook dacht dat het zou werken. Het probleem is dat ik zelfkennis heb en nu toch al kan zeggen dat ik me niet zal weten in te houden zodra het volgende gedeelte er is,

Krijg nu echt weer zin omvanavond weer deel 1 te pakken en alles opnieuw te gaan kijken.

 

Wauw, geniaal filmpje. Nu krijg ik daar ook weer zin in! De eerste films waren zo magisch, meer magisch gevoel dan de latere films!

As well as the next chapters and Moments to explore, you will also find additional new features on Pottermore. Pottermore Students will now be able to update their status on their profiles and there are new Pottermore Badges to discover and add to your collection. Haha wtf, ik heb dat bericht echt 2x doorgelezen, maar steeds de eerste regel blijkbaar overgeslagen.

 

Pottermore achievement pop-ups


Je kunt ook in een van de latere hoofdstukken

de deuren van de wc openklikken zonder dat het paars oplicht of er een handje komt. Zo ga je opeens twijfelen of je alles wel hebt gehad in de vorige hoofdstukken. Hoppa, weer opnieuw de moments doorlopen. Ook door wat je voor die achievement/badge moest doen heb je de neiging om alles nog eens nader te bekijken... 'Wacht, sinds wanneer kun je dat soort dingen doen? '

Die badge was trouwens nog best lastig;

WELKE HAIRPIN?!

Je moest die eerst in een ander hoofdstuk hebben gevonden. En nu weet ik niet of ik het stomweg niet gevonden had, of dat het er pas later geplaatst is maar ik had een hint nodig voor ik wist waar ik naar dat ding moest zoeken. Ik zat de hele tijd in het hoofdstuk zelf te speuren naar een hairpin.

(de hint was gewoon 'het zit in een ander hoofdstuk in het haar van een meisje'. Dan heb je wel snel een vermoeden waar het is)

Hoe dan ook, weer erg leuk, veel te kort en het wachten wordt weer veel te lang op de rest.
En dan begint het wachten op boek 3. oh god...

Comments zijn inmiddels wel vreselijk irritant.90% is zoals dit

Irritant dat dit zo vaak word geplaatst (ik dacht dat de comments moderated waren) en stom dat zoveel mensen denken dat JK Rowling hoogstpersoonlijk die site maakt.

Mogen ze wel vaker doen. Al is de kans heel klein aangezien er ook nog een Pottermore Shop is waar je flink wat centjes moet betalen voor die audiobooks. Maar toch... zo een kleine stukjes maken toch niet veel uit?

Chapters Twelve to Eighteen will shortly be available for you to delve into and explore. Brewing Polyjuice Potion, accessing the Slytherin common room and uncovering the secret of Tom Riddle’s diary are amongst the many exciting Moments awaiting you. Nee hoor ik lees ze allemaal. Ik zat eigenlijk te wachten op het nieuws dat eindelijk het tweede boek klaar zou zijn. hoe bevalt het tot nu toe?
