ja ik heb automatisch incasso, en dan rond deze datum omdat me geld dan gestort is.
maar dat is dus NIET gestort en nu is me acc suspended , en kan geen automatich incasso doen en geen gamecard meer invoeren.

To unlock your account please follow these steps:
1. The chargeback has to be reimbursed exclusively by credit card.
2. Please make sure that the credit card has sufficient funds available.
3. Login to the account management page at www.wow-europe.com
4. Click on the “create subscription” link and select your type of credit card
5. Enter your credit card details and confirm that you accept the terms of payment and select the period of playtime.
(Note: The new subscription must be the same as the chargeback e.g.: if you had a 3 month subscription chargeback, you must select 3 month again for the reimbursement.)
After step 5 has been finished and your chosen method of payment has been entered successful, it will take up to 24 hours until your account is unlocked.
As soon as the account has been unlocked you have the option to pay with a prepaid game card again, the direct debit option will remain locked.
Please note: A prepaid game card is not a valid option to reimburse a chargeback on a direct debit or credit card chargeback due to its fixed amount of playtime that is added to the account.
The option to pay with direct debit for your subscription fee on the account has been permanently disabled since you had a chargeback with this method of payment.

zoiets, maar om het terug te krijgen moet ik dus geld op me bank hebben. maar dan kan ik toch nog niet meer betalen met automatich incasso?
