Ik las net op de officiƫle website van Microsoft (forum) dat er aan een oplossing word gewerkt.
Kortom; Even geduld, de fix komt eraan.

We'll be making daily posts with the status of Blu-ray software bug fixes and investigations until the issues are resolved. We are aware of three different issues being reported that are related to changes in the software that manages the Blu-ray drive in 1404. Below are the three issues, along with workarounds and status:
- Trying to play a game results in an error stating "Check your disc. Your disc may be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disc. (0x21)"
- This error is usually resolved by ejecting and re-inserting the disc. Some users have reported that in some cases they need to perform a full power cycle (pressing and holding the power button on the console for 5 seconds).
- Status Update: The development team has identified a potential fix for this issue. The fix is now undergoing testing to ensure that no other issues are encountered, and the fix is planned to be bundled in the next system update.

- When trying to play a game, or while in the middle of playing a game, the game is stopped and an error is shown asking "Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If there is no disc, make sure you are signed in to Xbox Live. If you do not have the rights to play this, you will need to buy it at the Xbox Store (0x87de07d1)"
- This error is resolved by doing a full console power down (pressing and holding the power button on the console for 5 seconds. ActionHank77 commented that signing out of his profile, then changing games, then signing back in worked for him without needing a full system power down.
- Status Update: The development team is continuing to investigate this issue. Earlier investigations were pointing to this issue having the same root cause as the issue causing 0x21 errors. The development team is continuing to investigate to confirm if this is the case, or if it is a separate issue.

- When ejecting a disc from the Blu-ray drive, it is immediately pulled back into the drive requiring a second disc eject action.
- A fix has been identified for this issue and will be rolled out in the next 1404 update.

We sincerely apologize for the headaches that these bugs have caused. We are working diligently to get fixes out as soon as possible.
