At KuCoin, regulatory compliance has always been fundamental to our operations. Following our communications with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (“AFM”), we regret to inform you that we will discontinue all services for residents of the Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as "Dutch Users"). This service suspension will comprehensively cover all KuCoin products and features, including but not limited to: the One-Click Buy, KuCard, P2P, all Spot Products, all Derivative Products, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, KuCoin Earn and KuCoin Structured Products.

The service termination will be implemented in phases to ensure an orderly transition:

Phase 1
Effective August 4, 2025 (UTC+2), we will cease accepting new orders from Dutch users (including new KuCard applications) while allowing existing orders to complete settlement. Please close all open positions across products and begin withdrawing assets from your account. At this time, all deposits to your account will be restricted.

Phase 2
From August 25, 2025 (UTC+2), all open positions established before August 4, 2025 (UTC+2) will be forcibly liquidated, with all pending orders canceled. We strongly advise completing full asset withdrawals by August 25, 2025 (UTC+2). If you are a P2P merchant, please unbind your merchant status before this deadline to withdraw your margin normally.All cards will be deactivated on this date and permanently discontinued.

Phase 3
After August 25, 2025 (UTC+2), Dutch User accounts will enter Withdraw-Only status with all trading functions disabled.

General Notes
If you are not a Dutch Resident, please ensure that your KYC documentation is correct and up-to-date. To update your KYC, please submit updated KYC documentation via customer support.
