Nieuw deel Harvest Moon op komst



De Harvest Moon-serie bestaat al twintig jaar en om dit te vieren is er een nieuw deel op komst. Deze zal gaan verschijnen voor de PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch en PC.

In Harvest Moon: Light of Hope denkt de hoofdrolspeler aan de start te staan van een nieuw begin in een nieuwe omgeving. Helaas verloopt de reis naar de nieuwe bestemming niet zoals het hoort en kom je terecht in een klein dorp dat is verwoest door de storm waar jij in belandde. Het is dan ook aan jou om het dorp weer leefbaar te maken.

Volgens president en CEO van Natsume, Hiro Maekawa, onderscheidt het nieuwste deel zich van andere delen door een robuust verhaal en gemakkelijk te begrijpen doelstellingen. Tevens zal Light of Hope een SNES-achtige sfeer hebben. De officiële onthulling zal plaatsvinden tijdens de E3.

“Harvest Moon: Light of Hope will set itself apart from other Harvest Moon titles with its depth, including a robust story and clear-cut goals. We set out to create a SNES-style nostalgic game with deep and meaningful characters and events, and we are excited to have our fans play it at E3 and tell us what they think!”

Buiten het nieuwe deel in de serie, zal het twintig jarige bestaan ook gevierd worden met drie al uitgegeven klassiekers. Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life Special Edition en Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland worden opnieuw uitgegeven voor de PlayStation 4 en Harvest Moon 64 voor de Nintendo Wii U.

Inaba-san teased the existence of a “formless, shapeless IP” that he can’t talk about today. Interestingly, he also mentioned that on top of the new IP, it’s also going to involve a new director, and it’s going to be interesting to see how that new director will grow, and how he will help PlatinumGames grow as a company as well.

Zouden ze waarschijnlijk iets op de E3 laten zien, of toch ergens later in het jaar? Ik ben alvast heel erg benieuwd......Cyberpunk 77

 

Nah CDPR heeft al gezegd dat dit jaar het jaar van Gwent is. Geen Cyberpunk shizzle dit jaar.

Ben benieuwd, vond de reboot kwa gameplay best aardig. Die cutscenes etc. wel echt tergend slecht..

 

Vond de controls echt vreselijk van de vorige. Reden dat ik ook gestopt ben.
AI was ook drama vooral met die drift events waar ze constant tegen je aan knalde. Wereld zelf was ook dood en saai verder. En de politie was ook slecht. Een bocht en je was ze al kwijt en dan maken ze missies waar je er voor moet zorgen dat ze je een paar minuten volgen. Resultaat. Je staat op iedere hoek stil om ze op te wachten haha.
De customization was wel cool en moet ik zeggen die cutscenes waren cheesy as hell maar weet niet. Vond het wel grappig. Heb de game best een kans gegeven puur omdat de customization tof was. Maar na aardig wat uren werd de frustratie van de controls erger en erger.
