DIT IS EEN GROOT GEDEELTE VAN INFO DIE UIT DE GUIDE BOOK KOMT, IK HEB JE GEWAARSCHUWED!!!!
    verhaal en meer:
Actually, by the end of the game hey aint so gay lol he gains the eagle eyes from altair and in reality he's an assassin that ran away b/c he didn't want to take up that kind of lifestyle. In that way i can say he is gay but later on he really isn't. You'll see its a cool story

Ok its simple. When you fire up the game your gonna be desmund miles. Your desmund miles the whole time. He was captured b/c the they need the memories in his DNA of altair.

They astrap you into a machine called an Animus. This thing is like the matrix kinda. It takes the persons DNA and can synchronize them with a memory in there past. So everytime your in that machine you are desmund miles synchronizing to altair.

The reason for this is b/c anoher group of people want a long lost information back in the crusades that they need for a purpose. For what purpose they don't say they just know they want something called (CORRECTION) i misread this its called the fruit of eden and it was a templar treasure that was lost in this denver insident. i have to read further to see what this denver incident is.

In the end the fruit of eden ends up being this orb that projects a holographic image of the world in perfect detail. Weird how this technology was there back in the days huh <_< anyways on this holographic image of the world they show 12 specific points. This corporation wants these points. For what the guide doesn't say, but after they get this information from you in the end the doctor tries to kill you but lucy stops him and then they leave.

then your free to do w/e you wish to do. If you me certain requirements then you can see a secret ending. the requirements are getting lucy the the docs digipens and the conference room passcode. After that you can use eagle eye to see a weird message behind your beds wall. Also you can read the final emails that give away a good chunk of whats really going on.

The way i'm looking at it, there's specific points you get out of it to continue the story. You play desmund alot honestly. Not as much as altair but you play some key places as him in the present. At the very end though you are free to go in and out of the machine at will. So it looks like so far it's only at the end you have control over that. Let me read up ont hat one sec lol.

Alright back. BIG NEWS lol i read up on the hud when you pause the game and what not. It's confirmed you can indeed come out of the Animus whenever you want. So you can take control of desmund if you want whenever.

You only have a few areas to explore though. Only a few offices and conference rooms and the animus room and your own room. No city to explore as him or anything like that.

On top of that you have access in the pause menu to memory blocks. Everytime you complete an assassination thats recorded as a memory block. You can load up a memory block at anytime. Meaning if you want to go back and replay an assassination you can do so =)

Another big spoiler lol dang i keep running into them as i read. Seems lucy isn't who we all think she is. She really is a sleeper agent for the assassin's sent in to help you out and find out what the abstergo company is up to. Seem's the assassin's are very much still going on in the present day in the game.

Good lord man this just keeps getting better and better. Oh yeah when they strip you of your ranks at the start, you are left with nothing. No weapons or anything. As you kill more of the key targets you get more equipment and better weapons with stats.

None of the assassinations take place in the future. All of them are as Altair in the past.

He's a family descendant to altair. That's how he's related to him and why his DNA has his memories.

It's just something the assassin's do to prove they have completed there mission. You actually have to go to another assassin called Malik and show him the feather with blood before you go to the leader to speak to him.

Also yes there's a bunch of mini missions aside from the real mission. Also one thing though i'm kinda disappointed with, they said you could go and assassinate any target at anytime. That's not true actually. The story is linear in that every memory block has an assassination and you can replay it at anytime. BUT there are some memory blocks that have 2 key targets and you can choose which one you want to go after first. So in reality you can't go and assassinate all 9 targets right away like i thought you could before =/

k, money i don't see anything in the guide. Imma read into it and see if they mention anything about money but from what i read in the walkthrough, no money so far.

The secret weapon, ummmm you get upgrades to your sword and dagger and gloves and boots lol they all have better stats as they upgrade you. Other then that, aside from the fruit of eden which you never use, only the final assassination uses it, i don't see anything as a secret ultimate weapon.

The memory blocks are like your missions. Each one is labeled Memory Block 01 and so forth. Think of them as a chapter. After you complete an assassination you wake up in the present, continue a small portion of the story there and go back inf or the next assassination. From the pause menu you can then choose to load a past memory block and replay that assassination or to make it more clearly, that chapter.

The game is like this. Think GTA with a story that you follow, but in between the main goal you can go and do w/e you want and do mini missions and stuff. You can assassinate anyone. Regular pedestrians though if you kill will knock off a bar of the synchronization bar. But from what i've been reading it seems it regenarates after a while, so as long as you don't go massacre a group of people quickly, you won't need to resynchronize.

As for the weapons taken away, yes they leave you with bare fists dude lol its really pathetic. You don't even have you hidden blade, they take that away from you XD but before you go do your first assassination they give you your hidden blade back.

Ok got done reading up on controls. My god this is so sick lol there's a billion things you can do by just holding or not holding the right trigger XD to confirm a few things. you can wall jump =) YESSS this was something i was curious about. Also you can jump MANUALY LOL although you have to hold the right trigger then press the A button, that initiates a manual jump.

Also another thing for you guys to know, you HAVE to use your hidden blade to assassinate you key targets. You can use your other weapons to weaken them but int he end you have to finish them off with the hidden blade.

There is NO ultimate secret weapon in the end you get. you just get upgrades to your gloves, boots, short sword, long sword, and more throwing knives.

There is NO money that you get in the game. If a beggar comes up to you bugging you then you have a few choices. Either you ignore them, gentle push them by holding the B button and hope they go away, or if they keep it up do it the correct way, hold the right trigger and press the B button and you grab there sorry asses and shove em away. Although the problem here is you have to do this without a guard looking. If you do it in front of them, then they will be alerted to you and you have to go into hiding.

From what i was reading with the ending further, the fruit of eden's hologram LOOKS to me (and i can't confirm b/c the guide won't confirm this) like it gives locations to the assassin's hideouts throughout the world. The assassin's in desmund miles time are still very much alive and actually at one point come to the corporation to try and save him at the end. It seems the brotherhood is also very much alive and there trying to find where the assassin's hideouts are. Keep in mind though this is what it seems like to me b/c the guide doesn't give you the information in the emails or the conversations you have with the characters.

Let's see what else. Oh Eagle Eye can only be triggered when your syncronization bar is completely full. if you hit the Y button when its not, you go into first person view mode. Also Eagle Eye mode actually shows all the characters in your line of sight a different color. These colors tell you what someone represents. For example a key target will show up yellow.

Oh yeah a big one. All the major points you climb up to for syncronization to the map are leaps of faith. You guys seen the video where they have altair right after the william de montferat assassination kill a guard and started sprinting tot he giant cathedral? well they show this int he guide and theys how altair at the very top of the cross lol you can see even the kingdom from up there and theys how a leap of faith from it. Man all i can say is imma be jumping off some insane heights =) and your gonna love doing it to.

Hay stacks and carts don't have to be lept of faith into. You can run up to it and jump right in to hide as well.

As for controls, there really quite easy just takes time to master. The right trigger is your baby though. That button you will use the most out of all of them. Let me explain. First You have what they call Low and High profile. Low profile is when your not pressing the right trigger. You can do things in low profile that won't draw out attention, like for instance you can walk if you push the LEFT Stick <~~~~NOT RIGHT like EGM's mistype lol also the harder you press the stick the faster you walk.

While in low profile also if you press and hold the B button, which is what they call the unarm button, you will do a gentle push. Now you don't have to keep pressing it, just press it and hold it and altair just gently pushes people out of the way to not draw attention by knocking peoples vases and stuff there carrying. Also if you press and hold the A button, which is the button for your legs, you will go into monk mode which if the guards aren't actively trying to kill you, you can go into this mode and loose the guards. but this only works if guards aren't actively chasing you, only if there in alert mode.

Now High Profile mode is when you hold the right trigger in, and here's where the meat of your awsome moves are. Basically you hold the right trigger down to do a run. The guide says you can run and still not cause any alert to yourself as long as you don't bump into people carrying stuff. Now while holding right trigger, if you press the A button for your legs and hold it, you break out into a faster sprint. Now this will cause people to get alerted to you way easier. Also while holding right trigger and holding A, if you now press the B button and hold it, you will shove and tackle people out of the way lol funny thing here is the guide actually says you can use this to kill gaurds on the roof. You can run up and physically tackle them off the roofs lol

Ok now while holding right trigger and you have someone targeted and press the B button, you will grab them and have maybe like a second or two to throw them in the direction your holding with the left stick. This is effective move b/c you can throw people into things and also off of roofs and stuff. Also gets those nasty beggars off your back ^_~

Now here's the interesting thing about high profile mode. if you hold the right trigger and press and hold the A button and break into a sprint, you will also go into what they call free-run mode. basically anything thats in front of you that you think you could step up onto, like a box or so, altair will automatically jump up onto it. All you have to do to do those cool run sequences int he videos over rooftops and across beams and such is hold right trigger and A, that's it, you don't have to press a jump button or anything. Altair just automatically jumps over everything. Now also if you jump off of something and there isn't anything to keep free-run mode going, altair will just drop down and do a roll on the ground.

Alternately though, if you hold right trigger and just press the A button, altair will jump manually lol this is if you need to do a precise jump onto something then you will be able to do it precisely without using free-run mode to do it.

Running up a wall to grab a ledge is the same thing, Right trigger and A button held down, run at a wall and altair will attempt to run up the wall to grab a ledge.

You use the left stick to guide altair on the building your climbing. you can move in a 360 degree angle, meaning as long as there's something to grab onto and you move the stick in that direction, he will climb to it. To wall jump, you hold right trigger and press the left stick in the direction of where you want to jump to from the wall and press A and he jumps of the wall. Also works if you sprint up a wall and press A, if something is across from you altair will climb onto it.

Weapons are all fixed to the D-Pad. Down is unarmed. Right is hidden blade, Left is short sword and throwing knives, up is long sword.

The hidden blade has 4 different assassination types. If you walk in low profile mode with the blade out and are behind someone, you just hit X and you do a stealth assassination. High profile assassination is you hold right trigger and with the blade out hit X and you will do a kick ass jump onto someone's back and stab them. There's also what i like to call a "I don't give a ****" assassination lol basically you just walk up to someone that's looking at you with the blade out and hit X. You will stab the person right in the chest XD Just don't try it on guards b/c its highly possible that they can counter that lol and finally its the prone assassination. You basically grab someone and throw them on the ground, then go over to there body and stab em with it before they get up. All cool stuff =)

The combo's work like this to. Press in the X button and hold it for a hard slash and to do a fast slash just tap the X button. If you time the button presses though you will do a combo. that's pretty much for the short sword as well. Counters are done by holding the right trigger, which is also block, and hitting the B or X (can't remember right now) at the moment a guard is just swinging. Throwing knives you have to have someone targeted, once you do you hit the X button to throw them. There one throw one kill, you don't have to even be looking at your target, just as long as you have them targeted they will get hit as long as they don't go behind a building or something.

oh yeah about water lol Altair never learned to swim the guide says, so avoid water b/c if you go into it it's an automatic desynchronization XD

Altair blocks if you hold the right trigger while you have your weapon drawn out. But keep in mind after a few hits you start to loose health.

to switch to combat mode or not, you just pull your weapon of choice out. Pull one of your weapons out and your in combat mode.

The game is long by what the guide gives. You have to do 3 information quests before you can go after your main target. Alot of them involve pick pocketing information, eve's dropping on conversations, saving citizens and such. There's a ton of this stuff in the game. Also with all the flags and high points to get to, this game will have you going for a while. Alot of freedom in going around and just doing w/e you want =)

targeting i'm still trying to figure out. the guide doesn't specify a button to target. i THINK (and imma go confirm this in a second) you either press the left trigger or the targeting is automatic meaning you just look towards the person you want and when you see the white glow around them it means there targeted. I'll go confirm in a sec.

I did post a pic of the full map. The picture of the kingdomg shows you the entire world. If you want a more detailed map then imma have to take a bit more pics =) the detailed maps show you the cities and where the flags are and stuff.

Desmund you play as for a bit. It's not a whole lot but its enought o get the real story behind AC. You play as Altair almost the entire time. As for how it works, just think of the matrix, its the best explanation. He lays on the animus and you synchronize to altair and take control of him. Thats all it is.

Ok for the final boss i will post it on the bottom to avoid anyone that doesn't wanna read it. but to those who do want it, just scroll down.

It's not richard lol but its Al Mualim, the assassin's leader. Basically your master you go to the entire time of the game. He ends up getting the fruit of eden and starts using its powers to currupt peoples minds. you basically have to take him out with the other assassin's that aren't effected by his power.

the targets are not superhuman. You have a chance to kill most of them secretly. Some you have to chase down though, but all of them you have to finish them off with the hidden blade. You can fight them with your sword or w/e but that only weakens them for a final blow. you can't finish them off with a sword swing to dagger stab. The finishing blow has to be with the hidden blade.

The memory blocks are like your chapters. you can go back and replay the chapter and do w/e you want in that chapter. All it does is let you go and assassinate the key target once again. You can still free roam and do w/e you please. I DON'T know though, b/c the guide doesn't say,if you retain all the upgrades you've collected the further you get along in the game to use in past chapters. I kinda hope you do b/c by end game you have a 20 block synch bar and thats plenty of blocks for you to go on a rampage and not have to start over b/c of life loss by killing civilians.

Ok, Pickpocketing lol this is funny. Basically you have to pickpocket knives from a citizen called a courageous citizen. This guy, if you fail the pickpocket will follow you around and curse in your face LOL he will try to pick a fight with you and begin to a shove you and everything after a while. You can't ignore him, and if you pull a weapon out then he will run to a gaurd and inform them of you. Only way to get rid of him is to run away and hide where he can't go, or to simply knock him out with your fists XD

Counters = Both X and B button are counter buttons. X is your armed counter, meaning you will do the cool killing counter blows onto an enemy. And B is for counter grabs, you grab the person thats about to attack you and throw them away. but get this, they cana lso grab YOU and you have to counter grab them to stop them from throwing you. cool stuff

Templars they list all of them. There's some in the kingdom and the cities. most of them are gaurding a treasure that you can't collect. i'm assuming a chest or box or osmething, but you can't collect it even if you kill him. So far all i see if the achievement for killing all the templars lol imma see if there's something int he back you unlock after you kill them all.

The timing for counters it says "As soon as the enemy begins to attack" so it's as soon as you see the enemy start to swing.

    Ok 9 targets are:

    1. Tamir
    2.Garnier
    3.Talal
    4.Abu'l Nuqoud
    5.Majd Addin
    6.William de Montferrat
    7.Sibrand
    8.Jubair Al Hakim
    9.Robert de Sable

And a secret tenth that i've already spoiled lol Also number 2 and 3 you can choose who you want to go after first so you can assassinate either one first. Numbers 4,5,and 6 you can choose who you want to go after those 3 at any time. And 7 and 8 you canc hoose whichever one you want to go after first. Robert de Sable is semi-last and there's a spoiler with his assassination as well, but i can't really explain it lol it's a good one though
