- The problem is they will probably keep a lot of the annoyances from the past games since it's the reason a lot of people buy them. People like the automated traversal and crappy combat.
- I'd be surprised if they changed it so drastically that it would be unrecognisable. Sadly that's what is required as far as i'm concerned. I dont even want to recognise it as an AC game.
- I dont want to hold the trigger and watch him do all the running and jumping and climbing for you. I dont want any of that sort of shit.
- I dont want hunting side missions, or buying shops, or running a town, or playing tower defense games. I want to be an assassin and i want a ton of options at my disposal. Not just stab n run.
- It was the rediculous amount of arbitrary, boring tasks that ruined AC. It stopped being about assassination and tried to be a bit of every genre in existence. It lost focus. I want that focus back.
- AC was more focused on assassinations. Sure it had it's share of repetative tasks, but they where quick, and made sense in the context of being a lone assassin.
- You where back to sneaking into areas and killing dudes in no time. I'd love to see more tradition stealth elements. Like a day night cycle that alters patrol routines....
- So you have the option to Kill a target at night, where you are less likely to be seen. Being able to crouch walk would be nice too. Maybe take some cues from the good old hitman games...
- Disguises, poisons. Accidental deaths. All AC games amounted to Was walking up to your target, stabbing them, then having to run or fight your way out. It was tedious.
- How about being given the freedom to kill a target and plant evidence to clear your name and place blame on another. For an assassin neither altier or ezio seemed particularly stealthy....
- They just walked the streets in abnormally ornate dresswear, with swords and knives strapped to their chest and bought every shop in town. It's not exactly subtle is it.
- Esentially i want assassins creed to stop being assassins creed, but they'll never do that in fear of alienating their current fanbase. At least not for a while anyway
