delivery takes ages!!!!!

ik heb blinx gekocht met mn CC.
vorige week dinsdag stond ie als shipped bij dvdcrave.com.
ik heb gebruik gemaakt van DHL omdat ik hem zo snel mogelijk hebben wou.
nu is het morgen dus 1 week geleden en ik heb nog nix grrrrrrrrrr
ik weet dat zaterdag niet bezorgt wordt maar al met al heb ik zo iets van volgende x maar gewone bezorging en niet meer met DHL want snel vindt ik het niet, of is dit normaal???
iemand ervaring mee????????

Dit komt meestal doordat de douane je pakje telang vasthoud.
De meesten hebben toch wel de ervaring dat de games erg snel aankomen. Zo heb ikzelf net CDS na 5 dagen binnen gekregen.

delivery time??

oke so we have 2 talk english, n.p!
how long can customs hold a game, i ordered 1 game and 2 dvds.
i called DHL today and they said it will be delivered within 4 days.(today is the 4th day, saterday not included)
dvdcrave didnt give me a track and trace number so i really dont have any idea where the package can be. i really thought DHL would be great, on the site(dvdcrave) it says 2 DAYS to all major cities in the world!!!! so this isnt true, it can be up 2 a week said DHL due 2 some countries with a lot of districts.
i m still waiting but me patience is being tested and dont want 2 wait any longer!!!!

I received my 1st order after 15 (working) days. I.e. three full weeks. My second order is still somewhere in the universe, awaiting delivery. It was shipped on 20 Oct. My third order was shipped on 23 Oct and arrived today, 3 working days (a week minus two days day) after DVDcrave confirmed its shipment.

And now I can play Blinx! Wheeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Same for me. First order was shipped 15 working days ago and has still not arrived, but the second order arrived 4 days after ordering. There does not seem to be a general rule of thumb regarding shipping time........

 

What did you order, even better, what was the order number and I'll let you know why there may have been a delay.

Good news! Games arrived today (after 16 working days). They were not held by customs so probably the mail man tried them first So, there does not seem to be any logic about shipping time, but I am sure I will order each game seperately next time (and not two in one package). Not sure if it makes a difference but I'll give it a try......

Can I ask you a question plz:
On your site the Band of Brothers 6 disc ed. DVD costs only €42,82 (Here in Holland it will be €140,-!!!!! ) Can I play that DVD on my Dutch Xbox (It's region 4, and my Xbox is region 2)
I don't expect I can play it, but I sure hope I can

You just answerd you're own question, Australiä is region 4 and Europe is region 2, so no, you cannot play it...

 

I THINK it is dual encoded....simply because the box-set also has french and spanish languages, and spanish subtitles, plus the fact that most of Warner Brother's other region 4 releases are also region 2 compatible...like The Green Mile and The Fugitive, among MANY others.
I'm not sure though so u might wanna wait untill www.michaeldvd.com says it's also region 2...but I would personally guess it IS also region 2 .
