Here is the layout of what you will need:
- You need to post 6 gamertags for your team (and a name for your team) with one member of team to be named the team "Captain".
- Team "Captains" are in charge of setting up the private matches and taking a picture of the end scoreboard and emailing them to
logan@uberent.com (the picture for each of the 3 rounds must be sent in to qualify to advance and to win. This is the way I will also assign you to your next team to play)
- You need to select a start time of either 4PM PST or 7PM PST for your team to start.
- We will close out registration after the first 20 teams have signed up (8 to play and 2 alternate teams to play in absence of team) for each time bracket.
- You need to be able to commit to the time schedule for the following rounds of the tournament and the finals (should you be in them) the following night of 08/24/10 at 7PM PST.
- Single entries will not be submitted, you need to form your own team!
- A round is the won by a team winning the best 2 out of 3 matches.
Here is the time schedule for the East Coast Bracket:
8 teams start @ 4PM PST -> 4 winning teams move on to play @ 5PM PST -> 2 winning teams move on to play @ 6PM PST -> 1 winning team moves onto the finals to be played at 7PM the following day 08/24/10
Here is the time schedule for the West Coast Bracket:
8 teams start @ 7PM PST -> 4 winning teams move on to play @ 8PM PST -> 2 winning teams move on to play @ 9PM PST -> 1 winning team moves onto the finals to be played at 7PM the following day 08/24/10
Prizes will be 1st place team will receive the brand new not yet released: Assault Statue (box signed by the team!)!
2nd Place will receive a Print signed by the team.
WARNING: If any cheating, hacking or willing use of exploits are reported during the match, you and your team will be removed from the tournament and banned from all future tournaments hosted by Uber.
