Eerst moet je vampier worden

It is possible to become a vampire within the game, opening up to 11 new quests and receiving some nice bonuses to your character as well. Vampirism is considered a disease, and all you have to do to catch it is to be bitten by a vampire. Each time a vampire bites/hits you, you have a small chance of catching the disease. If you are immune to disease, you won't be able to become a vampire this way (unconfirmed reports indicate that you can actually become a vampire even if immune to disease). Once you catch it, you can cure yourself anytime within three days of being bitten by a regular Cure Disease spell or scroll. After the three days, however, when you wake up you will be a full fledged vampire.

Berne Clan
This clan is led by Raxle Berne found in the dwemer ruins of Galom Daeus (West of Tel Urivith, NorthWest of the Erabenisum camp). Other Berne vampires can be found in the Raviro Ancestral Tomb (West of Molag Mar), the Othrelas Ancestral Tomb (North of Vivec), and the Andrethi Ancestral Tomb (West of Balmora).
Four of the five independant Vampires also of the Berne bloodline and include: Marara in the Drethan Ancestral Tomb (far South of Dagon Fel at the South end of the island), Merta in the Reloth Ancestral Tomb (West of Maar Gan and East/North of Gnisis), Irarak in the Ginith Ancestral Tomb (NorthWest of Gnisis), and Calvario in the Nerano Ancestral Tomb (just West of Tel Vos).


Aundae Clan
The Aundae clan is led by Dhaunayne Aundae, found in the Ashmelech Tomb (on the medium sized island far SouthWest of Dagon Fel). Other Aundae lairs include the Sarethi Ancestral Tomb (NorthWest of Dagon Fel), the Dulo Ancestral Tomb (West of Tel Uvirith), and the Aralen Ancestral Tomb (South of the Zainab Camp).

Quarra Clan
The Quarra clan is led by Volrine Quarra, found in the Dwemer ruins of Druscashti (East of Khuul). Other Quarra vampires can be found in the Serano Ancestral Tomb (West of Tel Uvirith), and the Hleran Ancestral Tomb (West of Ald'ruhn). The last independant vampire, Mastrius, is of the Quarra bloodline and can be found in the Salvel Ancestral Tomb (a ways NorthWest of the Zainab camp, SouthWest of the Cavern of the Incarnate, just inside the Ghostfence region).

Als je vampier wordt heb je allemaal verschillende voordelen. Daarbij krijg je extra voordelen bij de clans maar deze zijn verschillend.

Berne Clan: +20 to Agility, additional +20 to Sneak, Unarmored, and Hand-to-Hand.
Aundae Clan: +20 to Short Blade, additional +20 to Willpower, Mysticism, and Destruction
Quarra Clan: +20 Blunt Weapon, additional +20 to Strength, Hand-to-Hand, and Heavy Armour

Er zitten natuurlijk wel wat nadelen aan het vampier zijn. Niemand wil met je praten (alleen telvanni + mages guild) maar niemand verleent je services dus wees voorbereid op een lange stuk lopen. Gelukkig ga je wel wat sneller als vampier.

En zo haal je eltonbrand:
This is easily the most obscure item to get within the game. Unless you know how, or are very, very lucky, you will not find it yourself. First you most obtain the Goldbrand sword (see below), which itself is one of the more difficult to acquire items. Next you need to become a vampire and perform the Kill Shashev quest for Sirilonwe in the Ald'ruhn Mages Guild. It gets tricky here since it appears you can 'mess' this quest up if you do it improperly, spoiling your chances of obtaining Eltonbrand. The best bet is to obtain the quest from Sirilonwe, kill Shashev and take his key back to Ald'ruhn. If you kill Shashev before speaking to Sirilonwe, you may very well mess things up. Once you have Goldbrand and completed the quest, you'll need to have be carrying exactly 11171 gold for the magical transformation of the Goldbrand into the Eltonbrand (you don't lose the gold). I suspect that this is merely due to some developers overacting sense of imagination, or boredom.

Cure for Vampirisim

You can talk with many people across Morrowind on the topic of vampirism, and vampirism cure to receive a wide variety of advice. You may also come across the rare book Vampires of Vvardenfell, Volume II in your travels or through a number of quests. Volume II has actually been banned by the Temple, explaining its rarity.

If you don't have the book, seek out Skink-in-Tree's-Shade in the Mages Guild at Sadrith Mora, Estirdalin at the Balmora Mages Guild, or Smokey Morth at the Varo Tradehouse in Vos to learn more about it. Retrieving the book is actually a task that Skink will give you as part of the Mages Guild quests. The few copies that do exist can be found at (unconfirmed at the moment):

Jobasha's Rare Books, Vivec Waistworks (look for it on the top level, large green book)
Tribunal Temple Secret Library in Vivec
Mawia, a Wizard's lair SouthEast of Molag Mar
Odirniran?, East of Molag Mar
Vas, far West of Dagon Fel
Tel Vos' Central Tower
Galom Daeus, West of Tel Uvirith (in the Observatory)
Tureynulal, Kagrenac's Library, West of Dagoth Ur
You may also find a much rarer document, The Private Papers of Galur Rithari, Buoyant Armiger, which can only be found in Galom Daeus and Tureynulal as well as in the secret library of Vivec (hidden under a book near the Ordinator).
Either source should spell out the steps required to be cured of the disease. You must first travel to the Daedric shrine at Bal Ur, North of Suran. Enter the shrine and inside speak with Derar Hlervu who will tell you to speak with the statue. The Statue, Bal, will ask you to travel to the cave Dubdilla (South of Vos) and kill Bal's daughter, Molag Grunda, and her atronach consort, Nomeg Gwai. Bal is apparently displeased about the company his daughter has been keeping (and you though your father was strict).


Return to the shrine once the pair are dead and your Vampirism will be permanently cured. You will lose all the skills and attributes gained when you became a Vampire, and your character cannot become a vampire again.



het is wel geadviseerd om eerst de quests van de vampieren te doen omdat je dan sterker wordt. Je kan maar een keer vampier worden!

offtopic: kan je trouwens misschien de edit-knop gebruiken. Dit is namelijk een beetje storend.

ben btw weer overnieuw begonnen *) ben imperial met magie lekker moeilijk dus ben in 9 uur alweer level 32
edit 1 ben nu level 56 heb de main quest mages guild thieves guild fightes guild uitgespeeld

 

uhm, ik heb morrowind ontzettend veel gespeeld, maar hoe krijg je binnen 9 uur level 32. Of heb je lekker zitten overdrijven? *) Ik bedoel met missies enzo haal je dat niet, ookal ren je alles als een malloot af. What's your secret???
Want ik ga nu ook weer overnieuw beginnen (heb nu GOTY en wil een verse start)

 

Toen ik opnieuw begon laats gingen mijn levels ook snel omhoog. Het is denk ik vooral doordat je weet wat je moet doen.

 

kheb leuke dingen waarmee je in het begin al 100000 heb en nog spullen over

en Benneke ik denk dat je wel gelijk hebt. Het zal zeker sneller gaan, ik ga et gewoon lekker weer proberen.

Eej ik ben net weer overnieuw begonnen met morrowind en waar ik nou achter kwam is dat die gast waar je de opdracht bij krijgt om naar Casieus in Balmora te gaan ligt in die kast helemaal rechts de sleutel van het opslaghuis als je die sleutel pakt gaat ie zeiken maar als je hem gauw op de grond dropt voorat hij je pakt kun je het naardat ie gepreekt heeft weer opakken hierdoor kun je al meteen het warenhuis in en hier liggen voor een level 1 arm menneke best wel leuke armors en skooma en flink wat moon sugar en nog meer als je het al wist goedzo zoniet en je begint overnieuw keep it in mind

ja in caldera -->dan ga je naar een groot huis , het ghorak manor en dan ga je naaar de 2de verdieping daar staat een beest(een scamp) NIET DOOD MAKEN !! praat daarmee en voila
