Ik had een mailtje gestuurd waarin ik uitlegde wat er precies het probleem was. Ik heb gistermiddag een mailtje terug gekregen. Ik begrijp eruit dat je de cache moet leegmaken en de update opnieuw installeren en als je het probleem blijft houden moet je die poorten openen. Hier het mailtje dat ik terug ontving:

The problem you are experiencing result from a recent Xbox Live update. To
resolve the issue, we recommend you to clear your cache and try
reinstalling the update.
If you are still experiencing issues, please assign your Xbox 360 a static
IP address in its network configuration file, then taking the same IP
address that you just assigned to your Xbox 360 and enable the IP address
on your router as a DMZ host. This will place the Xbox 360 outside of any
possible firewall/blocked ports and enable you to create games.
If the Router you are using is compatible with UPnP, please make sure that
the UPnP function is enabled. Please disable any firewall/antivirus
program on your pc. Also disable the Router's Firewall function and make
sure you the following ports aren't blocked by your ISP (Internet Service
Provider) and are open on your router (refer to the Router Manual in order
to this):
TCP Ports: from 10880 to 12889
UDP Port: from 5730 to 5739
