    Die Starborn bevechten in kleine ruimtes is echt wel het kutste wat ik gedaan heb sinds die reptielen in Fallout 3 en New Vegas. Geef me een wapen waarmee ik die gasten kan one shotten. Ben zo door mijn ammo en med packs heen en kan weer langs de dokter. :+

    Ik moest gisteren een paar keer achter elkaar in een cave een artifact ophalen. Letterlijk ophalen, want

    fast travel ➔ cave binnen lopen (geen enkele challenge onderweg) ➔ artifact ophalen ➔ starborn neerknallen (zeer easy) ➔ missie volbracht.

    Toen ik de tweede direct daarna op exact dezelfde manier moest ophalen (zonder enige uitdaging), terugbracht naar The Lodge, en weer de missie kreeg om een nieuwe op te gaan halen: ALT+F4. Komaan zeg. Wat is dit dan.

    Gamepass verloopt over enkele dagen en dat is het wel weer goed geweest, wellicht dat ik over een paar maanden weer eens een nieuwe trial gamepass neem om wat te kloten met de sidemissions, die schijnen wel ietsje beter te zijn.

    Dat is wel het slechtste deel van de main quest inderdaad. Het is continu dezelfde fetch quest op een andere plek. Op een bepaald moment moest je zelfs zo'n artifact ophalen in een basis / cave die gewoon exact dezelfde layout had als tijdens een side missie op een andere planeet.

    De sidequest lines zijn sowieso een heel stuk beter dan de main quest. Maar nog even doorzetten, er komt straks nog wel een mooie main quest aan.

    Het had qua verhaal allemaal wel iets beter verdeeld mogen worden. Kreeg op een gegeven moment drie plot twists in een fractie van slechts minuten. Wie schreef deze game? Diablo IV had na slechts een paar minuten als een plot twist en wist dat wel een stuk beter te doen. Maar goed. Misschien moet ik niet zo zeuren en gewoon tevreden zijn. =(

    Mwuah, dit is wel het toppunt. 3/4 van de main quest is letterlijk artifacts ophalen op verschillende plekken. Hier en daar gelukkig nog in een leuk jasje gestopt, maar in andere games was er toch wel iets meer variatie.

    Ik was niet hyped. Setting is niet perse mijn ding, maar word er net als bij Fallout wel ingezogen. Net een lange fraction quest gedaan die gewoon wel echt heel goed in elkaar zat en ben zo 4 uur verder.

    Misschien op een S? Op de X 3 tot 5 seconde max. En als je weet hoe je moet fasttravellen dan kan je 90% van de laadschermen skippen.

    Heb ook liever 3 seconde laadscherm in een lift dan dat je er daadwerkelijk 15 seconde in zit tot je op de volgende verdieping bent.

    Ik zie dat het lekkende dak langzaam maar zeker wordt gerepareerd. Ik heb zelf Starfield nog niet gespeeld, maar hoor teveel signalen dat het eigenlijk een best saaie game is? Niet echt een gloeiende aanbeveling voor een Bethesda game. Technische zaken zijn nog wel te fixen, maar generieke gameplay / saaie planeten / stijve interactie met NPCs... ik weet oprecht niet of ik überhaupt met deze titel wil starten.
