Is All of This Leading to Something?
As I looked back over what happened in the world of UFOs in 2008, it seems that we had more public attention given to the UFO mystery than any other year I can recall. I have touched on the major reports of 2008 in an
earlier blog, and there has been a lot of speculation on what Obama's attitude may be toward disclosure. There are, I believe, a couple of signs that may be promising for us.
On November 5, our President Elect appointed John Podesta as co-manager of the transition process. Podesta is a well known advocate of disclosure, once stating "I think it's time to open the books on questions that have remained in the dark on the question of government investigations of UFOs."
Bill Richardson, former governor of New Mexico, is another cabinet appointee who has been outspoken on the subject. "The federal government has not come clean on all that issue [Roswell UFO] and should."
The Clintons were interested in UFOs also, and were briefed on the subject by the Rockefeller Initiative. I may be wishful thinking here, but it seems that we might have the right group of people in the right place that could push the envelope on disclosure. What do you think?
